This recipe is more of a suggestion as you can combine any veggies you want. But here's what we did.
Deboned what was left from our yummy roasted duck dinner. Then made homemade pasta. BOTH OF THOSE RECIPES AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE.
In our fridge I found 1/2 red pepper 1 carrot 2 cups broccoli 2 celery stalks 1/4 cup chives 2 garlic cloves minced ginger
I chopped all of those accordingly for a stir fry.
I also rounded up some: Cooked fresh homemade pasta oil Oyster Sauce 1 cup leftover pasta water or broth soy sauce and the left over shredded duck meat.
Now, heat up a wok, then add a little oil and stir fry the veggies holding back the garlic, ginger and chives for a minute. Add the ginger and garlic, stir fry for 1 more minute. At this point I added in about 2 tablespoons of the oyster sauce, the cup of pasta water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce followed by the cooked pasta and shredded duck.
Have some extra liquid on hand in the event your combo is a bit dry.
